Recruiting and Assessment Coordinator – This is an extraordinary opportunity for you to take part in a multidisciplinary, diverse, and developing program that leads to a significant impact on the high-tech industry and Israeli society.

The position is full-time, and the work will be performed mainly at Reichman University /at Herzliya Pituach offices. Travel outside the office will be required when necessary.

Key job responsibilities:

• Lead the admission and screening process cycle to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.
• Manage relevant data and update the details in the CRM software (Salesforce) to track progress and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Provide reports, analyze and refine the admission process to improve efficiency and effectiveness in meeting targets.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create and execute outreach campaigns aimed at attracting high-quality applicants.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience in an operational/ coordinator role or equivalent, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent personal skills, with strong sales orientation.
• Passion for Talent Acquisition methods and achieving enrollment goals.
• A great team player, ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced, goal driven environment.
• Process-driven, Can-do approach, good time-management skills
• High organizational skills and superb attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills- proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking: Hebrew (Mother tongue). Proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

• ביצוע שיחות מכירה טלפוניות ללידים ומתעניינים פוטנציאלים

• משרה מלאה, הרצליה פיתוח ולסירוגין באוניברסיטת רייכמן.
• ניסיון במכירות / שיווק / פיתוח עסקי (רצוי עם אוריינטציה עסקית לתעשיות ההיי-טק)
