Placement Coordinator

As a Placement Coordinator you will help our graduates to integrate successfully in the Israeli tech industry.  

  • Coordinate the placement process, tracking student progress, and following up with employers to gather feedback. 
  • Actively seek out new job openings to expand the range of employment opportunities available to students. 
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with students to review their resumes, LinkedIn profiles and job applications, offering constructive feedback and guidance to enhance their employability.  
  • Deliver workshops in the fields of job search and career development.  
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, job placements and employer contacts using Tech School CRM (Salesforce). 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in job placement, candidate screening and selection, preferably in a high-tech placement company. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with students. 
  • Previous experience in sales – an advantage.  
  • Experience working with a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds – an advantage.  
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.  
  • Fluent Hebrew and English – Must.  
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field – or equivalent

Program Manager

Google and Reichman University are joining forces to establish the top school in Israel for high-tech professions. For our team, we are seeking an outstanding Program Manager!

It is a challenging, interesting, and multi-faceted position that requires driving processes and partnering with tech companies. It involves managing the program's day-to-day operations, administration, monitoring and implementation of professional training. We are a small team that is growing.

Here is your chance to be part of a multidisciplinary, diverse, and developing program that will make a real impact on the Israeli technology industry. The position is full-time, and the work will be performed mainly at Reichman University /at Herzliya Pituach offices Tel Aviv. There are programs that require you to travel to Haifa / Ashkelon / Sderot / Jerusalem. There is a possibility of hybrid work later.

 

Key job responsibility:

  • Serve as a central point contact between students, staff, third parties: Ngo's and social organizations, leading positions in the hi-tech industry, and suppliers.
  • Will develop the best practices and manage the organization data. Managing the data and updating the details in Excel and the CRM software (We use Salesforces).
  • The Screening process: The manager will take part in the admissions and marketing process cycle, along with recruiters and experts.
  • Oversee the students' satisfaction and success during the program.
  • Accompany the students on their first career steps.
  • Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously, including online, offline, and hybrid event formats.
  • The manager will work closely with the management, as well as with our partners from different sectors:
    The Academy, the industry, and a variety of experts and vendors.

 

Requirement- Basic Qualifications

  • Proven operational track record: Proven experience in an operational/ coordinator role or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and personal skills, a great team player
  • Track record of creating solid relationships with external business partners and stakeholders

Teaching assistant for System Analyst course (Sderot)

We are currently searching for enthusiastic teaching assistants to join our team for the System Analyst bootcamp course. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about teaching and thrive on guiding others toward success.

 

The position of teaching assistant includes:   

  • This is a part time position between May 2024 to Dec 2024. 
  • Work one-two times a week, for about 4 hours a day.  
  • There may be additional inspection hours.  
  • Work at Amdocs Sderot / Ra’anna / alternatively online.  
  • The position includes in-person and online practices (all training materials will be provided in advance).   
  • Monitoring and controlling the students' progress and updating management and pedagogical staff using Google Classroom. 
  • Checking exercises weekly and taking periodic tests.   
  • Pedagogical meetings will be held every week for updating, instructions and control.  

 
Requirements:   

  • BSc or BA in a quantitative field – a must. MSc, MBA, or MA – advantage  
  • Experience as a teaching assistant – a must  
  • Experience in instruction – a must  
  • Proven proficiency with programming in Java – a must
  • Proven experience with SQL 
  • Excellent presentation skills of analytical outputs as part of a tech org  
  • Proficiency in English language is necessary.

  • Working on platforms: Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, Power BI, Commbox, Zoom WordPress
  • Resolve malfunctions and provide ongoing technical support for Google, Microsoft, Power BI, Salesforce, Zoom, and Commbox systems.
  • Project management, characterization, and implementation of new systems
  • Assisting university staff with information systems and supplier management
  • Building reports and dashboards, working with data
  • Providing system training
  • Management of school user permissions
  • Website operation in the WordPress system

 

Requirements:

  • Study towards Computer Science or related degree (a second year student).
  • Excellent personal skills, a great team player.
  • Ability to independently learn new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Some experience with Excel and data analysis
  • Daily availability (WhatsApp/mail) to respond to urgent malfunctions (not many)
